The Flexible Disc Coupling has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, strong bearing capacity, small volume, light structure, high transmission efficiency, high transmission precision, reliability and convenient assembly and disassembly. Suitable for medium high speed and large torque shaft transmission. Compared with the drum gear coupling, it has the characteristics of no relative sliding, no lubrication and sealing, long service life, no noise, simple structure and basically no maintenance. The auxiliary devices related to the drum gear can be partially replaced.
The Flexible Disc Coupling is not affected by temperature and oil slick. It has the characteristics of acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. It can be used in high temperature, low temperature and environment with oil, water and corrosive medium. The load is applicable to various mechanical devices. The shaft transmission becomes smaller and has strong versatility. It has been widely used in industrial countries. The Flexible Disc Coupling can be used for high-precision and high-speed working conditions. In practical applications, it is generally connected to the central shaft, and the two shafts offset compensation is used to improve the performance.
Flexible Disc Coupling characteristics: it has a strong ability to compensate for the misalignment of the two axes. Compared with the gear coupling, the angular displacement can be twice as large, the reaction force during radial displacement is small, the flexibility is large, and certain axial, radial and angular displacements are allowed. It has obvious shock absorption, no noise and no wear. It is suitable for working in high temperature and harsh environment, and can operate safely under impact and vibration conditions.
